Description :
Bostikure-D curing agent is a flammable, coloured isocyanate based solution.

Uses
Bostikure-D curing agent is a mainly used with certain Bostik polyurethane and polycholorprene adhesives to give improved bond strength and heat resistance.

Application Intructions :
Add Bostikure D curing agent to the appropriate adhesive in the recommanded proportions and mix throughly. A typical mixing ratio is :

By Volume : 100(Adhesive) : 4(Bostikure D)
By Weigth : 100(Adhesive) : 6(Bostikure D)

Applt the mixed adhesive and carry out bonding as appropriate to the particular adhesive and its use.

Pot Life & Curing Time

When using Bostikure Dcuring agent with typical solution adhesive the pot life of the mixes adhesive in usally 4-6 hours at normal room temprature providing the container is kept closed. this period, will be shorter in an open container due to solvent evaporation. Also the pot life decrease with higher ambient temperature and relative humidity.

A typical curing time for the mixed and applied adhesive is approximately three days at normal room temperatures but bond strengths continue to increase reaching a maximum within approximately 7 days. Cure rate may be accelerated by heating.
