Description
Bostikure-E curing agent is a flammable, coloured isocyanate based solution.

Uses
Bostikure-E agent is mainly used with cetain Bostik polyurethane and polycholoroprene adhesives to give improved bond strength and heat resistance.

Application Instruction
Add Bostikure E curing agent to the appropriate adhesive in the recommended proportions and mix thoroughly. A typical mixing is:

By volume :100(Adhesive) : 4 (Bostikure E)
By weight : 100(Adhesive) : 6(Bostikure E)

Apply the mixed adhesive and carry out bonding as appropriate to the particular adhesive and its use.

POT LIFE & CURING TIME
When using Bostikure E curing agent with typical solution adhesives the pot life of the mixed adhesive in usually 4-6 hours at normal room temperature providing the container is kept closed. Also, the pot life decreases with higher ambient temperature and relative humidity.

A typical curing time for the mixed and applied adhesive is approximately three days at normal room temperatures but bond strengths continue to increase reaching a maximum within approximately 7 days. Cure rate may accelerated by heating.
